These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SEOFlux platform (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. The Service

SEOFlux is a personal SEO and growth intelligence platform. It centralises data from your Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 properties, surfaces SEO opportunities, and can generate AI-assisted analysis of your pages.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You access the Service by signing in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must be authorised to connect any Search Console or GA4 property you add, and you must comply with Google's applicable terms and acceptable-use policies.

3. Read-only access

SEOFlux requests read-only access to your Search Console and Analytics data. The Service does not modify your Google properties, their settings, or their data.

4. AI-generated content

AI reports and suggestions are generated by a third-party language model based on your data. This output is provided for informational and inspirational purposes only. It may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any suggestion before acting on it. AI output is not professional SEO, legal, or financial advice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access data you are not authorised to view, attempting to disrupt or overload the Service, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these Terms.

6. Data and your responsibilities

You are responsible for the data you choose to connect to the Service and for ensuring that connecting it complies with your own obligations to your users and under applicable law. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled.

7. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that metrics, analytics, or AI output will be accurate or reliable.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEOFlux and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or traffic, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your Google account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe these Terms have been violated or to protect the Service.

10. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may modify or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
